Empower Simcoe, formerly known as Simcoe Community Services, is a remarkable charitable organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Governed by a passionate volunteer board of directors, the agency was founded in 1953 by visionary parents seeking a better future for their children outside of institutional settings.
Working alongside the talented team at Jessica MacDonald Architect Inc., we were honored to be the mechanical and electrical engineers of record for Lakeshore Ridge, a magnificent 6,342 sq. ft. state-of-the-art residential care home in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. This outstanding facility has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six individuals with complex needs, providing them with round-the-clock support and services.
We are immensely proud to have contributed to this extraordinary project and stand alongside Empower Simcoe in their belief that everyone has the ability to contribute to their community. Together, we are building a more inclusive and compassionate society.
