The Project Management department handles all multi-disciplinary projects; coordinating our internal design team, making sure deadlines are met, and communicating with the client and outside consultants.

Our Project Managers provide a single point of contact for our clients, assisting them in getting started on their project; from being a Coordinating Consultant managing the flow of design information, leading meetings, and ensuring the design intent is being met; to Contract Administration and working with banks and being a Payment Certifier. Drawing from their design and construction experience, our Project Management team is well versed in the various applications required to get a shovel in the ground to move your project efficiently to completion.
