As proud collaborators with Walkers Electric, we served as the Electrical Engineer of Record for the design-build phase of this exceptional five-storey, 33-unit condominium building situated on the picturesque shores of the Trent-Severn Waterway. Our expertise encompassed various aspects, including electrical distribution design, emergency generator design, fire alarm design, lighting design, third-party metering, and security design. Throughout the construction phase, we diligently reviewed the electrical installation and meticulously scrutinized shop drawings to ensure exceptional quality and adherence to design specifications.
