Updating a playground at an elementary school signifies far more than just a physical transformation of the space; it carries profound significance for the students. To them, it represents a world of possibilities and adventures waiting to be explored. Working with the Simcoe-Muskoka Catholic District School Board and Evergreen Landscape Architects, we were the Civil Engineers of Record for the playground remediation at Holy Family Catholic School, including regrading the playground for positive drainage.
An updated playground is a symbol of care and investment from the school and the community, showing the students that their well-being and happiness are a priority. It's a source of pride, a canvas for creativity, and a hub for active play and learning. In essence, it's a magical space where children can truly be children, fostering memories that will stay with them for a lifetime.
