Nestled at the heart of the picturesque southern Georgian Bay area, Midland stands as the bustling economic hub of the region. With its population soaring to over 100,000 during the summer months, it truly comes alive. As you make your way into Midland along King Street you'll be greeted by the bright showroom and expansive service garage of Bourgeois Midland Hyundai .

In collaboration with Bourgeois Automotive Group, Duncan Ross Architects, and W.S. Morgan, we had the privilege of serving as the Prime Consultant and Engineers of Record for this exciting project. The scope involved a total of 2,700 sq.ft. in building additions and an 8,800 sq.ft. interior renovation of an existing car dealership, all designed to meet the Hyundai Dealership Design Rriteria. The site was carefully re-graded to accommodate the building additions, which were constructed with steel frames on conventional concrete foundations. Notably, the showroom addition features a new rooftop unit with ductwork for heating, while the repair garage addition is equipped with fan-forced heaters and an exhaust fan. Additionally, the additions incorporate new electrical power distribution and lighting to enhance the showroom's ambiance.
