Collaborating closely with the Owner and Contractor, we proudly served as the Engineers of Record for this remarkable 16,000-sq.ft. dealership and service garage. The project presented unique challenges, including meeting Nissan's stringent interior design standards while ensuring the facility met the owner's functional requirements, all within a tight timeline. Despite these hurdles, our dedicated design team triumphed, achieving the service garage occupancy within one year of the building permit issuance, followed by the dealership portion just a month later.
