The meticulously designed structure comprises grade level parking, four storeys of thoughtfully crafted condominiums, and an inviting amenity space. The building's foundation is anchored by insulated concrete form (ICF) walls and bearing walls. Precast concrete floors, along with the inclusion of lofts in three of the condominiums, contribute to the unique and versatile living spaces. Enhancing the architectural appeal, a striking decorative heavy timber roof structure adds a touch of elegance to the development.
