In collaboration with Greystone Property Management and Duncan Ross Architect, we proudly serve as the structural engineer of record for this remarkable 52,000-square-foot condominium. The development features grade level parking, three storeys of luxurious condominium units, and a thoughtfully designed amenity space. The building's foundation is constructed with insulated concrete forms (IFC), complemented by pre-cast concrete floors and roof structures, ensuring strength and stability throughout.
